These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the sagisag platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "Member") and sagisag (hereinafter "sagisag," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at sagisag.one and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related digital services (collectively, the "Platform").

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR compliance authorities.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. sagisag shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.
You are solely responsible for:

However, sagisag cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended, sagisag is legally obligated to verify the identity of its Members prior to processing any withdrawal of funds. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
KYC verification requires you to submit clear photographic copies of one or more of the following Philippine government-issued identification documents:
Standard KYC review is completed within one (1) to three (3) business days. sagisag may request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, in cases where enhanced due diligence is required under PAGCOR rules or sagisag's internal AML policies. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the time period specified in sagisag's request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is received and reviewed.

sagisag accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and any minimum or maximum transaction limits published on the Platform:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 (Philippine Pesos, one hundred pesos). sagisag does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which sagisag bears no responsibility.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name and registered to a Philippine mobile number or bank account matching your sagisag KYC records. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not belonging to the account holder are prohibited. sagisag reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder, subject to AML compliance review.
Deposited funds are held in a segregated player funds account and are not commingled with sagisag's operating funds, providing a layer of financial protection for Members. sagisag does not pay interest on deposited player funds. Deposited funds are intended solely for gaming activity on the sagisag Platform and may not be transferred between player accounts.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) compliance with sagisag's AML review procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. sagisag does not guarantee specific processing times, but standard processing targets are:

Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (playthrough), eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
Unless a Promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all sagisag Promotions:

In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, server outage, or any other system error that results in an interrupted game session, sagisag will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the correct resolution, which may include voiding affected bets and returning stakes to player wallets. sagisag's determination in such cases is final, subject to the dispute resolution process below.
Important: It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. sagisag shall not be liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end, including but not limited to mobile data interruptions on Philippine networks.
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the sagisag Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement:
All content on the sagisag Platform — including but not limited to the sagisag brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, databases, audio, and video content — is the exclusive property of sagisag or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law, including Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines), as well as applicable international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without sagisag's prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of sagisag's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
The sagisag Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sagisag expressly disclaims all warranties — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sagisag's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sagisag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunity, or emotional distress, even if sagisag has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by sagisag's gross negligence or fraud.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the sagisag Platform.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with sagisag informally by contacting our support team via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing our support address. sagisag will use its best efforts to resolve the matter within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a written complaint.
Disputes relating to game outcomes or account transactions must be submitted to sagisag's dispute resolution team within thirty (30) calendar days of the event in question. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained. sagisag's resolution of game-outcome disputes, based on independently audited RNG records and live game server logs, is final and binding.
If you are dissatisfied with sagisag's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its officially designated complaint and dispute resolution channels.
sagisag reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, Platform features, operational practices, or industry standards. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms, sagisag will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) calendar days before the amendment takes effect.
Your continued use of the sagisag Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Article 13 of these Terms.
